Excitron remains full owner of a sold article until such time as the purchase price, including shipping, is fully met.
By ordering, you be over the age of 18 years and to be responsible about your purchase. All parties accept the electronic proof within the framework of their relationships (e-mail, back-ups, etc.). If one article of these terms and conditions is declared invalid, this invalidity will not affect the validity of the other articles.
The right of renunciation
As a consumer you have the right to inform us that you are cancelling the purchase (legal provisions concerning distance selling, included in the law of 6 april 2010), without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery. If you want to use this right, you need the return the goods at your own risk and expense to Excitron, Ploegstraat 25, 2330 Merksplas, Belgium, in the original and unopened packaging.
The goods are always sent with Bpost. You can also indicate to pick up the goods at Excitron by appointment via email.
We always try to use the most advantageous cost price. This price is calculated during the checkout of the order.
The shipment is made to countries outside Belgium, always by registered letter. Unfortunately, this makes the shipping cost slightly more expensive, but there is a certainty that the package can be traced back if the shipment does not arrive.
The webshop only ships to countries that appear in the list of countries. You can see this list at checkout. If you bypass the system to place an order to other countries outside the list, no shipment will be made. Depending on the amount, a refund may or may not be made.
If you wish to ship to another country, please contact us first.
Normally your order will be shipped after 4 working days, except during holiday periods. You will receive a tracking code after shipment so that you can track the shipment.
Excitron cannot be held responsible for any delays with the concerned postal services.
Complaints and Exchange/return of purchased items
If an item is damaged upon arrival, we will give you the opportunity to return the article within fourteen working days after reception of your order. You must always inform us of this in writing (via email to email@example.com) on. The article must be within fourteen working days to be returned in the original and unopened packaging and postage prepaid, along with the packing slip and a cover letter. Not notified or insufficiently prepaid returns will not be credited!
Items that are returned to us under the conditions as described above, within fourteen working days reimbursed by us. Shipping costs, by us or by you, are non-refundable, so you will receive the purchase price minus the amount of the shipping costs. If it concerns an article that was wrongly supplied by Excitron, then we the cost for shipping is on us.
We reserve the right to refuse returns at the suspicion that the articles already have been used or damaged by fault other than Excitron or the supplier of the article.
Articles that are indicated in the webshop that they cannot be returned, will not be accepted back. For example, discounted items will not be returned.
Products made at the customer’s request will not be taken back.
All goods are tested and guaranteed 100% working on departure at Excitron. Most electronics components are sensitive to overvoltage or polarity reversal of the powersupply. Therefore, we cannot exchange goods that are already used.
We check our articles before we send this and allow for proper packaging, the customer undertakes to check the order upon delivery. Never accept packaging that clearly are damaged during transport and check your shipment immediately upon receipt! We check every shipment before it goes out the door. If you still find damaged goods by you ordered items, we ask you to inform us immediately, if possible we’ll ask by emailing us a photo of the damaged item. Never dispose the packaging before you’ve checked that your shipment is in good condition and never send a package back before you have send us an email!
